AION’S first retailers open for business

London, 8 June 2026 – The first wave of AION retail and service sites in the UK have opened their doors to the public. Located strategically in or near major towns and cities, the first wave of sites is a strong statement of intent from AION, signalling the ambition for the upper-mainstream brand to grow sustainably over the long-term. The brand is on track to expand its retail footprint to 15 sites by the end of June, with a target of doubling that to 30 by the end of the year.

Each site will operate fully-fledged retail showrooms alongside service and parts facilities to support the industry-leading ‘AION Great 8’ ownership proposition. The brand’s debut model, the AION V electric family SUV, is available for test drive, with first customer deliveries now imminent.

Sales teams and aftersales technicians across all first wave locations have completed comprehensive brand- and product-specific training programmes to ensure they are fully equipped to provide the highest levels of service to customers from the get-go.

Customers in areas of the country not covered by these first retail sites can discuss finance quotes and place orders through AION’s dedicated UK-based concierge customer contact centre. And routine service, maintenance and repair coverage is available nationwide through an agreement with the AA to use its accredited workshops and mobile technicians.
